High School and GED completion. Computer knowledge essential. Keyboarding 25 wpm. Medical terminology preferred. Ability to work cooperatively with team and communicate well. Additional Knowledge and Skills Desired:
Must be able to pass Technician guidelines as outlined by the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy. Certification of any technician is the function of the Directory of Pharmacy.
Working hours: M-W-Thur (8:30am - 5:30pm); Tuesday-Alternating (8:30am - 5:30pm & 9:30am - 6:30pm every other week); Fri (8:00am - 5:00pm)

Behavioral Health Consultant (SBIRT)
STUDENT LOAN RE-PAYMENT OPTION
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) granted by a program recognized by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). LCSW in good standing with the Oklahoma Board of Licensed Social Workers or LPC in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Behavioral Health required. Prior experience in a medical or mental health setting is desirable. Excellent people (interpersonal) and communication skills, and ability to maintain client respect, dignity and HIPAA confidentially. Familiar with the principals of health education and self-management of chronic diseases. Knowledge of available community resources for person living in Lincoln County or surrounding Counties and particularly the designated/targeted zip code area who are high risk, frequent users of the Emergency Department, diagnosed with a chronic disease, and scores high on the risk appraisal assessment tool. Ability to work independently as well as with a diverse team. Ability to work flexible schedule. Ability to work with diverse clients from a variety of different cultures, with compassion, care and concern. Medical terminology preferred. Valid Oklahoma Drivers License with no outstanding violations. Excellent organizational skills. Computer Data Entry skills required. Computer testing at time of application.
