Job Description: Community Health Centers of Oklahoma operates a federally qualified health center in far N.E. Oklahoma City, committed to providing comprehensive, accessible and affordable health care of the highest quality. Community Health is currently seeking a Medical Doctor with experience in addiction medicine. The candidate must have a waiver to prescribe Buprenorphine/Naloxone for our Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) Clinic and approved to treat at least 100 patients. Community Health’s MAT Clinic offers a complete treatment plan which includes counseling and support. Currently, the position is for 16 hours per week, but could increase upon demand. Hourly wage is from $150 - $200 per hour depending upon experience.
Required License or Certifications: Unrestricted Oklahoma State Licensure; Unrestricted DEA license with X number to prescribe; ability to be credentialed with Medicare, Medicaid and other third part insurances.
