Community Health Centers of Oklahoma continues to celebrate its 50th anniversary this year by hosting our 2nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament. The golf tournament aims to raise awareness and support through this fun networking opportunity.

The Tournament will take place Monday, October 30th, at Lincoln Park Golf Course, 4001 NE Grand Blvd, Oklahoma City, with breakfast and registration starting at 8:00 A.M.
